Do you ship live spiders safely?
Yes — all spiders travel via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, in ventilated, insulated packaging, on Mondays or Fridays only to avoid weekend transit.
What if I’m not in on my dispatch day?
Please make sure someone’s available to receive the parcel promptly — spiders shouldn’t sit in a hot van, cold porch, or postbox for long.
What happens if my spider arrives unwell or doesn’t survive transit?
Contact us with photo evidence as soon as possible after delivery and we’ll sort it out.
Can I choose my exact spider?
No — with the numbers we work with, it’s not practical to track and allocate specific individuals, so each order is allocated at random from current stock.
Do you ship internationally?
No — UK mainland only at this time.
What if the weather’s too hot or cold to ship?
We’ll hold your order and automatically move it to the next safe dispatch date — no charge for the delay.
