Two days a week, chosen on purpose.
🔥 Heat pack included when needed
We ship via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm — never into a weekend. The forecast is checked automatically at both our end and your delivery address; if conditions are genuinely unsafe, that date won’t be offered, or an already-booked order is automatically moved a week later with you emailed. Most UK sellers skip Friday dispatch altogether rather than cover the cost of guaranteed Saturday delivery — we still offer it.
Packaging
Every spider travels in a secure, ventilated deli cup, cushioned inside an insulated box with a heat pack added automatically when the forecast needs one. We don’t ship in extreme heat or frost — if conditions on your dispatch day are unsafe, we’ll automatically move you to the next safe date at no extra cost.
Please be available
Live animal parcels need a signature or safe hand-off — please make sure someone can take delivery on your chosen day.
